Kevin Durant who is currently out for the Phoenix Suns shared his opinion about Bronny James attending college. Durant attended college for a year at the University of Texas. The Slim Reaper sharpened his talents with the Texas Longhorns men’s basketball team. Nonetheless, Durant joined the NBA a year later, with the Oklahoma City Thunder, and rose to fame. He expects Bronny to take the unpopular route.
Bronny is already a 5-star recruit and colleges will be looking to grab the chance to bring in Bronny. Durant is a traditional player, as he attended college and played in tournaments with the team. In an interview with The etc with Boardroom, Durant discussed Bronny’s future as taking his talents to college. James would get to hone his talents and experience college games at USC.

Durant advocated that Bronny go the traditional route of going to college in the interview. “There’s still some amazing talent in college right now with so many different routes the OTE’s,” said Durant. “going to college, I feel like that’s a great route. Because it’s still on the big stage, you still got to show who you are on that big stage and the tournament is still a huge thing,” Durant added.
Nonetheless, as Bronny is still deciding between USC, Oregon, and Duke, Durant thinks Bronny will join USC. “It’s going to be obviously easy for Bron to catch the games if he’s at USC,” Durant concluded while Eddie Gonzalez said, “Stay home.” He does have a point, there is no one better than LeBron to overlook Bronny’s progress. The King joined the league straight out of high school. If Bronny decides to go to college, he will be taking a different route than his father.
Which college is Bronny James going to?
The eldest son of LeBron James, Bronny will be readying to get recruited by top colleges. However, in the recent reports, it is going to be a tough choice between, Ohio State, USC, and Oregon. These three colleges will be looking to scoop up the Sierra Canyon guard. There is no denying that either college will aid in the development of the young star. Bronny ended his high school career with a 23-10 record.

Nonetheless, Bronny will be looking at the offers from these three colleges. It is reported that LeBron wishes Bronny to join Oregon. Bronny donned the Ohio State Buckeyes uniform and even posted a photo on his Instagram account. However, whichever college he chooses to join, much will be expected from Bronny.
