Ja Morant revealed a gun when inside a car on an Instagram live story
One could argue that it grows harder for fans to continue defending Morant as he continues behaving in this manner. He was spotted on an Instagram live story. In the video, Ja was listening to music while inside a car. However, at a particular moment, we can see that he was handling what appears to be a gun.

Morant’s fans did so by claiming that he was within his rights to carry a gun and keep it with him while in his car. Since the United States allows people to protect themselves, Ja didn’t do anything illegal with firearms so far. Others also pointed out that the leaker of the video was simply doing this for attention and was clout chasing.

The Grizzlies seem to have had enough. Since this is the third time he has been linked to having or using a gun, news has come in that the organization has decided to suspend Ja indefinitely pending a league review. This is grim news for Morant who does not seemed to have learnt his lesson.
Since Ja can be defined as a superstar in the NBA, it is unlikely for his career to be at risk. Unless he follows through and seriously hurts or kills someone. However, it would still be prudent for him to keep his reputation in mind and these activities out of the public eye.
