Andrew Wiggins is one of the best players for the Golden State Warriors. However, he has missed 20 games so far for them, which has cost them heavily. However, on First Take, JJ Reddick provided a damning assessment of the Warriors’ form this season. One of the crucial components missing from the Warriors is Wiggins. “I will say this they are not winning the West without Andrew Wiggins. He was too valuable for their team last season in their finals run, particularly in the Western Conference finals and the NBA finals,” Reddick claimed in the interview.

Wiggins has been absent for the Warriors due to a family issue, which has kept him away from basketball. However, the Warriors should not get their hopes up just yet after Steve Kerr provided a major update about Wiggins’ situation.

The Warriors fans will love the update provided by their head coach, Steve Kerr. Yesterday, Kerr provided a huge boost for the Warriors faithful after he talked about Wiggins’ conditioning. “He’s been working out every day,” Kerr said. “Beyond that, once he’s back, our training staff will be able to get with him and see where he is. He’s been training on his own,” Kerr added.

“Yeah there is hope, but indefinite is also appropriate, because we don’t know,” Kerr mentioned in the interview. Nonetheless, the fans are hopeful after getting an update on Wiggins, who is one of their best defenders. It is hard to overlook the contribution made by Wiggins in last season’s road to the NBA title. He was a monumental player for the Warriors, whose efforts made everything count. However, without him, the Warriors look out of depth on the defensive side of their game. Fans will be hoping that he returns as soon as possible.
