The world of sports never expected to be hit with a multi-billion dollar lawsuit. Unfortunately, several athletes as well as universities and federal organisations have been accused of plotting a kidnap. Former WWE and TNA Impact Wrestling star, Trenesha Biggers came forward a few months ago and listed several identifiable names under a kidnapping case. And the names that were dragged by Biggers are quite shocking.
Two of the biggest individuals pulled into this case are former fellow wrestler, Dwayne Johnson and NBA legend Michael Jordan. Trenesha Biggers went on to mention several other well-known former colleagues of hers, such as the Bella Twins, The Miz, and his partner, Mick Foley. One of these wrestling names included the late great Chris Benoit as well. Biggers slammed the case on other defunct wrestling promotions such as the Florida Championship Wrestling and Deep South Wrestling.
Popularly known as Rhaka Khan, she called put several federal agencies in the mix. The FBI, Child Protective Services, NYPD, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as well as the Shirley Police Department. She named a few fraternities of top universities as well as Home Depot, Panda Energy, and many more. Trenesha claimed that all these defendants plotted to kidnap her and her children. The former WWE Diva is seeking a whopping $3 billion in total damages.
If I’m reading this right… The Rock, The Miz, Chris Benoit, Mick Foley and others conspired to kidnap Rhaka Khan and her children?? That seems way far fetched @KlassicMike @ReBourneAgain @breakkerstreet @bigbird432 @kat_woman13 @DbWrasslin @JohnGarces @Jay371992 pic.twitter.com/bITfRLo0YI

Coming to why Michael Jordan was dragged into this case. The truth behind his involvement remains unknown. But one of the conspirators was the Omega Psi Phi fraternity which Jordan was allegedly part of during his time at North Carolina University. This is the only lead as to why MJ was accused amongst several other Wrestling stars.
Trenesha Biggers’ case gets approved by the court
The case was brought to light back in October 2022 and has been active ever since. After obtaining records, the court gave Trenesha Biggers the green light to move ahead with the case. However, sources claim that defendants have not yet received any sort of legal notice. This case is quite high profile and both sides are expected to come out with guns blazing.
Biggers was once involved in legal trouble back in 2019. She was allegedly charged with interfering in an aggravated kidnapping that involved child custody as well. However, due to the sudden plight of the pandemic, Biggers’ court date was pushed multiple times before she decided not to show up. Amidst her case, Khan dragged multiple names aforementioned and accused them of plotting against her.
