It is very obvious that LeBron James has a lot of love for his sons, Bronny and Bryce. For a father to watch his kids grow up and follow in his footsteps, it’s a very humbling experience. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar has always supported his children and been there by their side throughout. Not many kids around the world get to experience a full family. Bron has always stuck by their side no matter what.
In 2010, LeBron James was getting ready to gear up for the Miami Heat. That year happened to be one of the worst of the King’s life as his decision to leave Cleveland caused a lot of backlash. People were burning his jersey and disowning him. With all the chaos and drama happening in the outside world, LeBron was ignoring it and spending time with his sons. The James Trio was seen practicing at a local gym and fans were left in complete awe. As one said, “U can tell they had a passion for the game! Dope.”
A few other fans were reminiscent of the moment caught on camera. “12 years just like that. I remember watching this same clip back then. Wow!” said another fan. People were also acknowledging how well Bryce and Bronny have transitioned into young men in basketball. LeBron James once also admitted that his sons were his greatest distraction. He said they were the only things keeping him sane, as the pressure of being in the NBA was excruciating at times.
Who is LeBron James’ father?
Bryce and Bronny should consider themselves privileged in a world filled with rot. LeBron James has always been a dedicated father, showing up at all his children’s games. Most individuals do not get to experience these things with their parents and neither did LeBron. Growing up, the King only had his mother, who supported him through his journey into stardom.
James’ father, Anthony McClelland, was never present in his life. McClelland and Gloria James both dated when they were young. Gloria gave birth to LeBron at an early age. On finding out about the pregnancy, Anthony wanted no part of it. He failed to pay Gloria for child support and never cared to be part of Bron’s life.

LeBron’s father had quite a criminal record. A year before the King was drafted, McClelland was arrested for theft and arson. Eventually, he would be released but, despite the second chance, Anthony still continued in his own terrible ways. He would end up getting another woman pregnant, leaving her as well. Gloria would allow LeBron to live with his childhood coach, who eventually pushed him to become one of the greatest high school recruits ever.
