The Milwaukee Bucks are reigning and defending NBA Champions. Last season, Giannis Antetokounmpo did the one thing that he needed to do to establish his legacy. He’s a 2 time MVP and defensive player of the year. But was missing the ring on his finger to be an all-time great. Now that he got that last season, he’s looking to double it.
Even though the Bucks have more wins in the regular season than they did last year, they have their own set of problems on the way to the NBA finals. One of which is who the Milwaukee Bucks will be playing in round 2 of the NBA playoffs.
Who will the Milwaukee Bucks face off next?
Milwaukee played the Chicago Bulls in the first round of the NBA playoffs. The Bulls were everyone’s dark horse candidates to win the East. But they were extremely unfortunate with the injuries they picked up on the way to the playoffs and in the playoffs. Lonzo Ball, Alex Caruso, and Zach Lavine could not give DeMar the support he needed.
That let Milwaukee win the series in 5 games. The only things they lost were game 2 and their 2nd best player, Khris Middleton. Khris picked up a knee injury that will keep him out of the next round.
That’s extremely sad for Bucks fans because, in the 2nd round of the NBA playoffs, the Milwaukee Bucks will be playing the Boston Celtics.

Boston just dominantly swept the Brooklyn Nets. Brooklyn was considered the favorite to win the NBA title. But they could not stop the onslaught at the hands of the Boston Celtics. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown were on fire and the Bucks are next.
Giannis will always be a defensive nightmare, even for the DPOY Marcus Smart. But with Khris Middleton out, they can cripple the champions. If Boston can take advantage of the situation their in, their road to the NBA finals will be one of the greatest. Boston is technically the higher seed but they have the same number of wins as Milwaukee.
Will Boston continue their great postseason against the Bucks? or will Giannis single-handedly destroy the Celtics?
