The Memphis Grizzlies have suspended Ja Morant for at least 2 games
The Grizzlies have suspended the player and it isn’t because of his fight with the teenager. Recently, the 23-year-old flashed a gun during an Instagram live and caught the attention of the world. It has been mayhem since then as many have questioned his choice once again. Some fans even believe that his antics could lead to NBA commissioner Adam Silver’s exit.

Morant lives in Tennessee, a state which allows residents to carry firearms without a license. However, despite that, the Grizzlies have suspended Morant. One could assume that this is to send the right message to the fans. Morant is undoubtedly one of the biggest players in the NBA, and that could mean that he’s a role model for many around the country.

The firearm he flashed might not have belonged to him, but it looks like the Grizzlies were quick to make the decision. His suspension means that Ja will miss the games against the LA Lakers and LA Clippers. The Memphis-based franchise has not announced anything else apart from the suspension news. We can expect them to do in the coming hours.
