He has become one of the most popular and influential figures in Latin music in recent years. Bunny has won multiple awards, including Grammy Awards, American Music Awards, and Billboard Music Awards. Bad Bunny is set to appear at WWE Backlash 2023 in Puerto Rico.

At WrestleMania 39, the Puerto Rican musician appeared as a guest Spanish commentator. He also helped Rey Mysterio defeat his son Dominik Mysterio on Night 1.
The interference by Bunny ignited a new feud between him and The Judgment Day. He was also announced as the host of the Backlash PLE in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Later on an episode of Raw, the Grammy Award recipient punched Dominik while being confronted by him.

Eventually, Damian Priest also got involved and choke-slammed Bunny onto the announce table. Furthermore, the brutal attack by The Punisher of The Judgment Day further escalated the feud between him and his former friend. Moreover, the long-term feud is set to culminate in a San Juan street fight at Backlash 2023.
