RAW and SmackDown have been the flagship shows for WWE profiting them billions of Dollars over the years. While SmackDown has shifted its airing from Fridays to Tuesdays before, RAW has been airing on Mondays since its start. Vince McMahon has surely created his universe which has expanded over the years giving him huge profits as well as respect all around the world.
Vince has been responsible for most of the changes made in his empire since he took over the WWE. While giving RAW different TV deals over the years, USA Network is the current home for Monday nights. Meanwhile, SmackDown is having a glorious run on FOX on Friday Nights. WWE will be having a new home for these shows as WWE has got newer TV deals for their flagship shows recently.
The UFC-WWE merger has changed the scenario of Vince’s WWE in a lot of ways. Since the merger took place, WWE has also changed the media rights of their flagship show SmackDown. The Blue Brand will be returning to the USA Network next year. This move has benefited the company as it turns out to be a massive $1.4 billion deal.
While the deal was confirmed, it is sure that Monday Nights might have to shift to a newer TV deal. RAW and NXT will be airing on USA Network till next year. Despite the huge deal, the stock price for TKO, which includes WWE fell after the announcement. During the Bloomberg Screentime Conference, Endeavor Boss Ari Emanuel talked about the main reasons for the drop in prices.
“..Probably Vince (McMahon) in our deal, wanted to be able to put, at any point in time, his stock. He’s 78 years old. He’s been working at this for decades and decades so, I think those three back-to-back issues.” Said Ari Emanuel

While he gave three other reasons to prove the sudden drop, he pointed out Vince as one of the main ones. Vince holds around $28.8 million TKO shares currently and is the Executive Chairman of the TKO deal. Only time will tell for how long Vince remains the part of the company.
The current state of Vince McMahon in WWE
Mr. McMahon carried WWE on his shoulders throughout different eras of WWE. He was at the forefront during every high and low of the company. His decision-making, calculated movements, and on-screen persona might be impossible to match. After being in the top managerial position in WWE for so long, Vince finally has his boss after the recent WWE-UFC merger.
