Controversial comments from WWE veteran, Paul Heyman, about Super Bowl 2023 have raised eyebrows among NFL fans. The Super Bowl 2023 saw the AFC Champions Kansas City Chiefs defeat the NFC Champions Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 on Sunday in a thrilling shootout after heroics from the NFL MVP and quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
While the Chiefs fans were celebrating their historic triumph, one interesting topic of discussion started doing rounds on social media after a former NFL player revealed that the Super Bowl events are predetermined and the players are following a script that is similar to professional wrestling.

Former NFL star Arian Foster was the one who made the controversial revelation during an appearance at the Macrodosing Podcast. He revealed that every player is given a script to follow in their respective lockers and everything that fans see on TV is predetermined. He even compared the NFL to the WWE.
I don’t care much 4 the #SuperBowl since the finish is pre-determined, but really liked that commercial w/ the new “make ’em disappear” technology. I used it w/ @SamiZayn, which is a spoiler for next Saturday’s @WWE #EliminationChamber, when @WWERomanReigns makes Sami disappear! pic.twitter.com/IOmTBQHj0K

The video came to the attention of WWE and ECW legend Paul Heyman as well. The professional wrestling veteran decided to take advantage of the situation by firing shots at the NFL on Twitter and promoted WWE’s upcoming Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event main event match between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn at the same time.
Paul Heyman sends a warning to Sami Zayn
The Bloodline’s Wise Man sent a warning to the number one contender Sami Zayn who is set to challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship at Elimination Chamber in his hometown of Montreal. Heyman gave a “spoiler” for the event and claimed that Reigns will make Zayn disappear from the WWE after defeating him this Saturday.
Zayn, who was the “Honorary Uce” of The Bloodline finally pulled the plug on Roman Reigns and turned on him at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event last month. He hit the multiple-time WWE Champion on the back with a steel chair. This led to the whole group falling apart as Reigns’ “Right Hand Man” Jey Uso also left the group.
On the Royal Rumble “fallout” episode of Smackdown, Roman Reigns accepted Zayn’s challenge for a match for the most coveted prize in the Stamford-based promotion and promised to embarrass the former NXT Champion in front of his family.
Fans are now eagerly waiting to see if the former “Underdog From the Underground” can pull off a miracle and dethrone the Tribal Chief at the Elimination Chamber PLE this Saturday. The winner of the match will have another obstacle waiting for them at WrestleMania 39 as the 2023 men’s Royal Rumble match winner Cody Rhodes will be closely monitoring the championship situation.
