WWE veteran Brock Lesnar has been among the most destructive named in the Stamford-based promotion’s history. From his debut back in the early 2000’s to his most recent rivalry with Cody Rhodes, Brock has conquered numerous opponents throughout his career.
Not just in the pro wrestling industry, The Beast also had a successful stint with the UFC, and it was possible only due to his spectacular fitness. Despite being in his late 40s, Lesnar is still extremely fit, and YouTube’s Buff Dudes recently decided to try out his workout routine.
In a 13-minute video posted on YouTube by the bodybuilding brothers, Hudson and Brandon White, they had a fitness test by taking this challenge. The duo had five rounds in the video recreating the WWE legend’s workout routine, and it probably took them through their paces.
Just after the first round Brandon said, “I feel like I’m already reaching that breaking point.” But despite gasping for air, the duo were able to complete the session. After which Hudson said, “We can hold our heads high and say we at least completed one of his circuits.” (Via: Men’s Health)
Even though this wasn’t the first time these YouTubers tried working out like high-profile celebrities, undertaking Brock’s routine was probably the hardest. This was one of their hardest ever session, but they eventually completed it.
Brock Lesnar isn’t really a fan of the bear crawl workout routine
While it’s obvious that the former UFC star worked really hard to transform himself into a giant, he wasn’t a fan of a particular workout routine. It was disclosed by The Beast Incarnate himself that he disliked the bear crawl workout.
This happened during a vintage interview, as the 10-time WWE Champion revealed his distaste for the bear crawl routine, as it felt very complex to him. In the session, Brock had to sprint on his fours, tied to a heavy weight, and run around the room, which was the reason why he wasn’t a fan of this workout.
Expressing his opinion about the same, The Conqueror said, “The only ones I really despise is the bear crawl. It’s like a nightmare. If I had to put down on paper how many miles I’ve bear crawled my entire life, it would probably be again 100 miles.”
Even though bear crawling is one of vital workouts to test core strength, it’s not something Lesnar likes. Despite showing his distaste for this routine, The Beast probably continued doing it, as he’s still absolutely fit. While Brock is nos away from WWE TV, don’t be surprised to see him return near WrestleMania season.
