Initially, he had a lot of trouble with the leg kicks of ‘Poatan’ but he quickly made adjustments and took him down to the ground.

Furthermore, Jiri was looking good on the feet with his unorthodox movements as he landed some good uppercuts. He even had Pereira in trouble during the second round with a flurry of punches. However, when he tried to corner Pereira again, he got caught with a vicious combo by ‘Poatan’.
