A huge reason behind that was the wardrobe selection of Brandon Royval. The American chose to wear a plain-white hoodie and brown-colored Calico Cut styled Joggers. For those who are unaware, the Calico Cut style is quite a unique style of pants. It has a design that gives off a wrong impression to the casual onlookers.
It has patches of a shade deeper than that of the pants to provide an illusion of wetness. These patches are generally present near the crotch area of the one wearing the pants. This makes those who are unaware think as if the one wearing the Calico Cut pants has wet themselves.

And that is exactly what happened as soon as the face-off between the two surfaced on YouTube. Fans took note of the wet patch near Royval’s crotch and started making some wild speculations. A tweet questioning the wet patches with images was uploaded on @RainManMMA’s X handle with the caption, “Royval literally pissed his pants😭 #UFCMexicoCity #UFCMexico.”
Many who saw this tweet came up with different explanations. One said, “just a little dribble, happens to everyone.” Another fan said insinuating something even more outward, “That ain’t piss, he’s called rawdog for a reason…” Some fans contemplated the authenticity of the post. One asked, “how do you know its piss?” while another felt the same and expressed, “i dont think thats piss.”
