Sara Lee was part of WWE’s show Tough Enough in the year 2015. She was one of 14 participants in the show. One of the other participants was Giorgia (Gigi) Piscina. In episode 5 of the show named “Swallow Your Pride, It’s Good For You”, which aired on July 21, 2015, Sara Lee let out a rant on Gigi. Apparently, Sara had enough of the disrespect she faced from Gigi.

After a confrontation in front of everyone, Sara said to Gigi, “So, what was up with you calling me out today in front of everybody in the ring?”

In the interview with the Tough Enough team that is simultaneously shown, Sara said, “I’m so pissed at Giorgia right now. I finally took the opportunity to trust her and then she threw me under the bus.”

Gigi defended herself. She said to Sara, “You shouldn’t have said it if you did not want it to get out.”

Gigi continued defending herself in the interview as she said, “I haven’t done anything wrong.”

Amanda Saccomanno also involved herself in the conversation and took Gigi’s side. However, Sara had enough frustration grown inside her from her past experiences with Gigi and Amanda. Sara let it all out on them and said she felt good doing it. WWE even posted a video of her outburst on YouTube.

Sara eventually went on to become the female winner of the show. She earned a one-year contract and appeared on WWE in 2016. However, she was released after the completion of her contract. Sara moved on to the independent circuit a short time later but could not go far away from WWE because, in 2017, she married WWE wrestler Wesley Blake. The couple had three kids together.

New medical report claims Sara Lee committed suicide

On October 7, 2022, the wrestling world was shocked to receive the news of the death of Sara Lee. At the time, it was not known what caused her death. WWE released a statement on Twitter, “WWE is saddened to learn of the passing of Sara Lee. As a former “Tough Enough” winner, Lee served as an inspiration to many in the sports-entertainment world. WWE offers its heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and fans.”

Wesley Blake also wrote a heartfelt message to his late wife on Instagram. He wrote, “An angel that blessed me with 3 of the most beautiful children I could imagine. But you were soo much more than just mom. You were a motivator, a best friend, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, the back bone of our family, and (my favorite), my wife.”
