Nikkita Lyons has been out of in-ring action since January 2023. Indi Hartwell and Dani Palmer became the names to put Lyons on a long break. The 24-year-old star took to her social media to break the news of her injury to the fans. On Instagram, she informed her 800,000+ followers that her ACL and meniscus were torn.

This legitimate injury has put Nikkita off the cards for a long time. Despite going through such tough times, she has been full of positivity and is spreading smiles to her fans. Recently, on August 30, she shared a video of her injured leg, which is now almost healed. Nikkita has begun her training and it is expected that she’ll be back on the roster much sooner than anyone had expected.
WWE NXT recently posted a multi-slide post featuring NXT’s Women’s Breakout Tournament. Lyons took to the comment section to provide an update about her training. “The Pounce-Back is in full effect,” she wrote. With this being said, Nikkita Lyons is extremely determined to make a quick return and confront Becky Lynch for the championship.
