Tom Brady and Jon Jones’ Elder Brother Arthur Jones Has a Message for Heavyweight Jones Ahead of UFC 285

Jon Jones’ elder brother Arthur Jones took the time to send a message to his brother and former UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones ahead of the heavyweight title fight at UFC 285. 

Arthur Jones, elder brother to Jon by one year is a former NFL player. A former Super Bowl champion, Arthur is not privy to monumental moments and significant accomplishments. As Jones looks to write history and possibly cement his legacy as the MMA GOAT, this is what Arthur had to say. “It’s Arthur Jones here, the older brother of Jones Bones Jones. Hey Jones, I have got a quote here. It seems impossible until it gets done, March 4th, let’s get it done.”

Arthur Jones announced his retirement in 2017. He played his last season with the Washington Redskins. Tom Brady also send out the following message to Jones as well on a historic night. 

Jon Jones takes on Ciryl Gane for the heavyweight title at UFC 285

Jon Jones takes on Ciryl Gane for the UFC Heavyweight Title in Las Vegas at UFC 284. The fight will mark Jones’ return to the cage after three long years that saw him vacate the light-heavyweight title, get into a bit of a tussle with UFC President Dana White over fighter pay, and saw him prepare for his heavyweight debut.

Come UFC 285, Jon Jones will compete in his first heavyweight fight and one wonders what kinds of Jones will show up. Goes without saying, there are several important questions to be answered in terms of his physique, cardio, movement, and power. Moreoever, will Jones bring back his elusive fighting style in the heavyweight division and give Ciryl Gane a run for his money? 

Or will the power difference prove to be too much for Jon Jones in this new weight class? Needless to say, regardless of what goes down at UFC 285, it will be a monumental result be it Jones getting hold of the heavyweight gold or going down on the canvas for the first time in his tenured mixed martial arts career.
