Joe Rogan is one of the most renowned and popular figures in the world of combat sports. Owing to his decades-long tenure as a color commentator for the UFC, Rogan has become somewhat of a fan favorite. However, many have often wondered about his significant transformation over the years.
Previously, Joe started off by doing post-fight interviews for the UFC in 1997. After finishing a brief stint, Joe would return again in 2001, this time as a color commentator. After initially working for the UFC for free, Joe became a mainstay at the desk for years to come. Since then he has been covering every big PPV event taking place in the United States.

Now, 55 years old, it is understandable that the stand-up comedian does not look the same as he did in his youth. However, Joe still cuts an extremely shredded figure, leading many to question his impressive transformation.
For the most part, Rogan was able to achieve this great shape with the help of Hormone and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (HRT and TRT). Talking about it, Rogan added, “Testosterone Replacement Therapy. Hormone Replacement Therapy. I started doing all that when I was forty. It makes a big difference”.
Thus, Rogan is a big advocate for HRT, and after revealing that he was on, it has finally settled a lot of speculation. Whilst many may seem skeptical about it, the former Fear Factor host believes that it is extremely helpful.
Rogan revealed, “Hormone Replacement Therapy exists for a reason and that reason is it makes you feel way better, and makes your body work better. You can avoid a host of ailments and conditions that are related to your body breaking down due to age, with HRT.”
Fans react to the stunning physical evolution of Joe Rogan
Prior to Joe revealing that he was on HRT and TRT, there were a lot of theories about him using substances. For the most part, fans were left stunned by the fact that Joe could undergo such a massive change. However, it is important to note that Joe’s transformation is also the result of rigorous physical activity and a carnivore diet.
Previously, Joe has revealed how a full carnivore diet helped him lose a lot of weight. Primarily, the diet consists of meat, fish, eggs, and other animal products. “I did the carnivore diet for the month of January and I lost 12 pounds. I gained a ton of energy”. Further, Joe Rogan adds, “I had a belly and a lot of people made fun of me, and fat-shamed me. I lost all my fat, I lost my belly, I lost my love handles,” said Rogan.

Or just the difference between a guy in his mid 30s to a guy in his mid 50s🤣

It’s literally palumboism. Same reason why his abdomen is now distended and protruding. Rogan has been very open about his chemical enhancements for muscle growth and ageing, so there’s no real argument here, sorry.

Further, Rogan revealed that he would be adding fruits to his carnivore diet. Additionally, the former Taekwondo champion took various vitamin supplements, amino acids, and fish oils as well. Despite that fans believe that steroids and growth hormones are responsible for the way he looks right now. Moreover, some have even dragged UFC President Dana White into the conversation, accusing him of the same.
Thus, whilst the use of HGH and other similar procedures is condemned by many, Joe Rogan has proven that with moderate use, it can be quite beneficial. Not only does it allow users to avoid a host of ailments, but it also slows down the effects of aging on the human body. For people that do not compete professionally, it is one of the best treatments that they can go for.
