As we enter the 3rd week of the month, March Madness is truly living up to its name. NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed, on Twitter. This made the NBA fans worried about his condition, as the photo took everyone by surprise. It is unsure why Shaq is on the bed and everyone scratching their heads. However, fans have sent out wishes for his well-being.
O’Neal appears to be sleeping on a huge bed, holding his phone. The post was captioned to his colleagues on NBA on TNT, Ernie Johnson and Candace Parker. “I’m always watching @TurnerSportsEJ and @Candance_Parker miss y’all,” Wrote the 4x champion. It is currently unclear as to what Big Diesel is going through. However, with the looks of it, he does have a phone in his hands, which might just be a positive sign.

It is a concerning photo from the 15x NBA All-Star, without any cause why he is on the bed. Nonetheless, all we can hope and pray is that he gets better. His second last post on Twitter was captioned to Candace Parker. Fans across the globe will be waiting to hear positive news about O’Neal’s condition.
Nonetheless, in a recent podcast, he admitted to getting a new hip on March 15th. It could be one of the reasons, why O’Neal ended up in the hospital bed. In all probability, he could be recovering from the surgery, and doctors taking time to ensure everything is all right with him.

We certainly hope it is just a case of recovery from the hip surgery he had or is about to undergo. Shaquille will probably be resting and recovering at the hospital and make sure everything goes smoothly and well. Generally, a hip replacement surgery requires 2-4 weeks of recovery time. It may be a while for Shaq to recover from hip surgery if that is the case. However, we wish a speedy recovery for the NBA legend.
