Apparently, in 2021, Gisele Bündchen did a shoot with Joaquim Valente and his academy VALENTE BROTHERS jiujitsu for Dust Magazine. She posted a message on February 23rd, 2022, where she shared clips of her BJJ lessons.

The Page Six report also suggests Joaquim Valente runs the BJJ academy along with his brothers Pedro and Gui. They note that Joaquim moved from Brazil to Florida to pursue his education. He studied at Barry University from 2007-2011 and earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Apparently, Valente started training in BJJ under his father at a very early age.
In 1993, his brother Pedro started giving BJJ lessons in Miami, Florida before Joaquim’s move to the USA in 2007. He also trained under the legendary Helio Gracie from the age of 2. The report also adds that Joaquim Valente celebrates his birthday on November 6th, but his actual birth year remains unknown. Residing in Miami Beach Florida, Valente is currently a professor at his BJJ academy.
