Tom Brady has been a tough guy throughout his NFL career. It takes some serious grit to continue in the NFL at 45. Brady played in 14 conference championships and won 10 of them. He won 7 of the 10 Super Bowls he played in. Tom Brady is the best quarterback in NFL history. But why do people keep questioning him about his retirement instead of wanting to see him play?
In his recent “Let’s Go!” SiriusXM podcast got triggered when the host Jim Gray asked him about his retirement plans. Tampa Bay Buccaneers failed to make it to the playoffs after their defeat to the Dallas Cowboys.
“Tom, you’re leaving everybody guessing. You said you’ll take your time. Do you have any type of a timetable as to what you might want to do regarding your football career?”
“If I knew what I was f**king doing, I’d have already f**king done it. I’m taking it a day a time,” Brady furiously answered.
Back in 2022 Brady officially announced his retirement but came back to play. As much as his fans loved it, his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen did not. Gisele did not want Brady to continue in the NFL and the couple agreed that they will look after the kids together. Gisele also showed her concern about his career in an interview with Elle magazine in September 2022.
“This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I had those conversations with him over and over again.”

According to some sources, Brady and Gisele were living separately due to an epic fight. On October 28, 2022, they got divorced.
Tom Brady has a piece of profound advice for his kids
Like a good father, Brady wants his kids to be resilient and persist in life. He told his kids it’s important to fail in life and according to the American quarterback, failure makes us show what we are made of.
Recently, in the ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast he revealed to the host that he talked to his about kids that morning. Apparently, he wants them to fail. He said, ‘I want you guys to fail because I want to see what you’re made of if you fail and when you fail.”

“Life isn’t going to be just a smooth ride. So we’ve got to develop resiliency.” he added.
Everything that has been going on with him for a couple of months, showed how strong he is. First his divorce and now everyone asking him about his retirement. Although he had a bad 2022-23 season, it is understandable at the age of 45. However, it is expected that he will continue playing and try to win one more Super Bowl ring before finally walking away for good.
