With the market value reaching a high of $3.5 million, Cooper Kupp’s luxurious Oregan Mansion has gained great prominence lately. The NFL star may be taking a break from the game this season, but his game sure is on in real estate.
Cooper Kupp, the Los Angeles Rams wide receiver, has been sidelined this season because of his hamstring injury. But recently, he made headlines by hoisting his four-acre Oregon mansion in the market.
He listed the lavish house at a market value of $3.5 million, which he bought for $2.5 million from Wilsonville Property a few years ago in 2020.
The house is located a 30-minute drive outside of Portland and comprises a five-bedroom central house with a guest house of around 2,000 square feet. It also has a four-car garage, which is set up as a gym, and Kupp renovated the barn into a training facility for him to practice during the pandemic.
The mansion is best suited for athletes as it includes a 4,600-square-foot indoor sports complex. That is equipped with retractable basketball hoops at both ends, a turf-lined field, speakers, two oversized bay doors, and lighting.
The central house is 5,700 square feet and is constructed of bricks inspired by the Gothic Revival style. It has a massive, circular driveway in front. Moreover, it features natural stone accents, hardwood flooring, decorative millwork all around, and huge windows.
Although the whole place is marvelous, its ‘wow element’ lay in the cozy paneled office with a family bar and fireplace. It also has a formal dining room dressed with coffered ceilings and chandeliers.
Then comes the kitchen, which is equipped with a large center island along with Miele and Subzero appliances. Its primary suite features a private entry vestibule, private patio, and en suite bath, situated on the ground floor. While the remaining four bedrooms are situated upstairs.
Why is Cooper Kupp selling his luxurious mansion?
Cooper Kupp‘s luxurious Oregan mansion, which is located near Portland, is very close to him as it has many memories and attachments. While talking to the Wall Street Journal, Kupp said, “So much blood, sweat, and tears went in there. It was really special“. Kupp also shared that he did most of his off-season preparation at this lavish house for the Super Bowl season.

However, the NFL star decided with his wife to sell the house at a market value of $3.5 million. The reason for this is that they have become Washington Natives. They can’t travel to Oregon that often, especially after having three children.
It’s still unsure where the Ram receiver will have his next offseason retreat. One thing can be said at this moment that he has planned to remain compassed in Los Angeles.
