Tom Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen divorced each other last year. Since then Brady has been having a tough time on and off the pitch. Tom Brady is 45 years old, yet he maintained a great physique to play football. However, many people noticed how ‘skinny’ he looked.
Stress and many other emotions can add up to weight loss. After his divorce, he was part of many controversies, one of them being his reportedly getting plastic surgery. Although his initial weight loss brought him down to 210 pounds, he currently stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs 225 pounds. Experts consider that to be an ideal weight.

Brady is known for his strict diet and tough mentality. He follows a diet routine called the ‘TB12 Method’. The quarterback’s chef, Allen Campbell revealed, “We focus on dark leafy greens, some grass-fed animal protein as well as legumes and whole grains. Game-day meals consist of a smoothie and an almond butter and jelly sandwich.”

Brady took an 11-day off training camp at the start of the 2022-2023 season. It was very sudden and unnotified. The fans wanted to know the answer to why he took the leave and started making up their theories. However, the 45-year-old came out and gave a statement.
“We all have really unique challenges to our life. I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of s–t going on, so just gotta figure out life the best you can. It’s a continuous process.”

Brady also revealed on his SiriusXM ‘Let’s Go’ podcast that he had been dealing with a lot of stress. ESPN NFL reporter Jeff Darlington reported that Brady’s body transformation was evident after he lost the season amid marital strife which led to his divorce in October 2022.

The 42-year-old supermodel filed a divorce on October 28, 2022. Since then she has been having a pleasant time in Costa Rica with the supposedly new boyfriend, Joaquim Valente. They have been spotted together quite a few times. Recently she was seen riding a horse with her jiu-Jitsu instructor and seemed pretty happy.

There has been no official statement from either side about their situation. But people believe there is something between the two. When asked about how she feels in Costa Rica, Gisele’s close source said a few things.
“Gisele adores and trusts and has been spending a lot of time with him, but I don’t think it’s a traditional dating scenario. They have a deep personal relationship, and he is a teacher to her and the kids. Whether or not it will ever become more than that rests on the table.”

Fans are assuming that Gisele Bündchen has moved on because of the recent developments around her and Joaquim.
