Eddie Brown was a star in the football arena back in the day and was known as ‘Touchdown Eddie Brown’. He played his entire career with the Firebirds, from 1994-2000 in Albany, N.Y then retired in 2003. “Eddie Brown was simply the best receiver to play Arena Football,” Chicago Rush coach and committee member Mike Hohensee told ESPN.
When it comes to Brown’s mother things were a little complicated. The wide receiver and his mother stayed away from Eddie as he played for Louisiana Tech and when his mother got remarried, he became homeless at the age of 16 because he didn’t get along with his mother’s new husband.
