Novak Djokovic. One of the true and undisputed GOAT of the tennis sport. Ever since he conquered his first grand slam of Australia in 2008 no one can deny the fact that he has been unstoppable.

He has worked extremely hard to establish himself in one of the three greats of this era alongside Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

In his path to conquer glory in the sport of tennis, he has set certain records and benchmarks which may potentially be impossible to break owing to the form Novak Djokovic has had. Here we take a look at some of the records which may never be broken in the sport.

#1 Winner of All Four Grand Slam Titles in Every Possible Surface

Ever since Novak Djokovic hit his Purple Patch from 2015, till Rolland Garros in 2016, since the commencement of the open era in 1973 he is the only player, both in the male and female categories to win and hold all the four grand slam titles at different surfaces at the same time, what a glorious moment. 

#2 Fifteen Straight Final Entries for Novak Djokovic 

Since the beginning of his unstoppable form in 2015, Novak Djokovic has gained entry to 15 Straight finals and even won 11 of those finals. Out of the 16 tournaments conducted from the period of 2015 up till Rolland Garros 2016, he gained entry to 15 finals out of a total of 16 tournaments conducted. 

#3 Highest ever ATP Rating Points for Novak Djokovic 

During his peak phase in the 2015 and 2016 period, when fans of the sports and various pundits actually started considering Novak Djokovic as one of the best of the Open’s era he gained a record of 16,950 ATP points after the historic win at the French Open.

His points tally was more than that of the Number 2 and Number 3 combined together, what a player. 

 

#4 Golden Masters Record by Novak Djokovic 

In tennis, there are a total of 9 Master titles in a single season, and you guessed it right Novak Djokovic is the only person in the history of the Masters series to ever hold this record of having a total of 9 Masters Title in the 2018 season.

Both of his opponents, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal each have seven of the nine titles to their name. 

#5 Unbeaten Streak of 30 Match Wins

During the 2015-16 phase of his purple patch, the titan of the sport when on a splendid 30 match wins. Never ever in the history of the Open Era of tennis, any player has dominated the sport to such an extent. Sadly, he finally lost a match ending his streak during the third round of Wimbledon in 2016.
