UFC welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman takes on Jorge Masvidal in a rematch at UFC 261. The Nigerian Nightmare has beaten most of the top contenders in the welterweight division. And he is going to fight some of the top contenders such as Jorge Masvidal, Colby Covington, and Leon Edwards in the near future in rematches after beating them in the first fight.
He has been a dominant champion in the welterweight division. And sooner or later he will run out of exciting fights if he keeps on winning. Unfortunately. he does not have too many super fights on the table.
Kamaru Usman is not going to move up to middleweight as it is ruled by his Nigerian brother Israel Adesanya. And it does not seem that anyone from the lightweight division will be intrigued to fight Kamaru Usman. Though there were some talks of Conor McGregor fighting for the welterweight title that fight never came to fruition.
