Recently, the flyweight fighter Alexa Grasso answered some questions from her fans on GQ México Latinoamérica’s YouTube channel. When she was asked about the diet she follows, Grasso replied that she has a very ‘rigorous’ diet plan and is very serious about the food she consumes.
Her meals include a variety of nutritionally dense foods like meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, and fruits. She also consumes cereal and oats at times. Grasso also asserted that she tries her best to stay away from refined sugar and trans fats, also known as ‘bad fats’.
