However, with no information about what the former NBA champion is going through has left the fans curious. Despite being kept in the dark by Big Diesel, fans on Twitter have sent out well wishes for the former Los Angeles Lakers man.
In the photo shared by Shaq, it appears, that he is lying unconscious and asleep on a hospital bed. However, he does have his phone in his hands, which might serve as a relief, as things might not be as serious as they look. The big guy captioned the photo to his colleagues from NBA on TNT, Ernie Johnson, and Candace Parker. “I’m always watching @TurnerSportsEJ and @Candance_Parker miss y’all,” captioned O’Neal.

With no explanation of the situation, people were left with speculations about what is going on with Shaq. There was no confirmed report about Shaq’s situation, nonetheless, with him holding his phone, it could not be a serious condition. However, in the Big Podcast on NBA on TNT, Shaq revealed his hip replacement surgery date as March 15th. It is the reason why Shaq was in a hospital bed in the first place. He underwent successful hip surgery.
He is recovering from the surgery after all it takes 2-4 weeks for a person to recover from that kind of surgery. The doctors are keeping Shaq under observation to make sure everything is well and good.
