It’s said that “every son follows after his dear old dad.” The saying is valid for Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. as well. The 13-year-old son of Cristiano Ronaldo is showing signs at the early stage of his career that he might go on to surpass his father.
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. has traveled to every country, his father has played in. He was with Manchester United, Juventus, and Real Madrid and is currently at Al-Nassr’s youth academy. The child prodigy has plenty of goals to his name. During his Under-9 days at Juventus Academy, he scored 58 goals in 23 matches. He also provided 18 assists to his counterparts.

Up until this point, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. has significantly more than the qualities of his dad Ronaldo to merit media consideration. Ronaldo Jr. seems to be following in his father’s footsteps. If he plays with the same dedication, he will surely go on to be a professional soccer player. In that case, he has 3 countries to choose from to represent at the senior level.
As Ronaldo was born in Portugal, representing Portugal seems to be the easiest and most viable option for Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. His father won Euro 2016 with Portugal. But Ronaldo is yet to touch the World Cup in the national jersey. He could finish what his father started, and bring the coveted trophy home while playing for the country.

The second option is Spain. Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. stayed in Madrid while his father played for Real Madrid. FIFA rules state that a player who lived in a nation for 3 or more years before the age of 10 can become eligible to represent that nation. He complies with this rule, so representing ‘La Roja’ is another possibility.
Last but not least, and probably the most surprising one is the United States. Junior was born in San Diego, California, so he has US citizenship. This makes him eligible to represent the US national team.
Where was Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. born?
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr was born on June 17, 2010, in San Diego, California, United States. Although the identity of the kid’s mom is obscure, it is accounted for that he was informed that his mom was dead when he was a bit older.
Currently, the 5-time Ballon d’Or winner has full custody of the boy. The budding soccer player, however, is now raised by Ronaldo’s partner, Georgina Rodriguez.

Being brought into the world by one of the world’s greatest names in the soccer business, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. has developed under consistent media watch since he was an infant.
Ronaldo Jr. has been disciplined since his budding days due to his father. If he continues to work hard under his father’s guidance, we could see another Ronaldo rocking the stage in the future.
