The drama between former FC Barcelona defender, Gerard Pique and Shakira has been one of the biggest stories in the soccer world for quite a while now. The drama started soon after Shakira broke up with Pique after finding out that she had been cheating on him, interestingly she found it out because of strawberry jam.
The drama took a huge controversial turn when Shakira chose to address Pique and his new girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti in her diss song with Bizarrap but it seems that none of it has managed to bother Clara. It has been reported that Clara has managed to insult Shakira in the most gruesome manner and has made fun of her age by calling her “ma’am”.

Colombian singer, Shakira, is 10 years older than her ex, Gerard Pique while she is double the age of Gerard’s new girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti. Making fun of Shakira’s age didn’t start with Clara, but it was Gerard who was first reported to have made fun of her age by telling his friends that he felt younger ever since he broke up with the singer.
Clara Chia Marti hasn’t made any statement in public ever since the drama unfolded while Shakira has been very public about the drama in her song. In fact, it was Gerard Pique who reportedly bagged a sponsorship deal with Casio and drove a Twingo to work after Shakira said: “You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo, you traded a Casio for a Rolex” in her song.
Clara Chia Marti’s parents make fun of Shakira’s song
Shakira’s diss song took the entertainment industry by storm immediately after its release as the video of the song was uploaded on Bizarrap’s youtube channel and became the most-watched Latin song in history racking up a record 63.5 million views in 24 hours.
Shakira took numerous digs at Pique and Clara Chia Marti in this song and referred to Clara as a ‘Twingo’ and a ‘Casio’. But it seems like none of it bothers Clara or her family as they have been reportedly been heard making fun of the song and Shakira.
They believe that by doing what Shakira is doing, she is only portraying herself in front of the world while Clara has maintained decency all through the drama. Shakira’s song doesn’t seem to bother them but it is the media harassment that has had them worried for Clara as she has not been able to move freely ever since the story unfolded with constant media presence around her.
