Liverpool are in the race to sign VfB Stuggart’s defensive midfielder- Wataru Endo. Liverpool have been looking for a defensive midfielder since the transfer window opened. Wataru Endo could be the answer to Liverpool’s search for a player to play in the middle of the park.
Sources say Liverpool’s management and scouters are very impressed with the player’s attributes and according to the latest tweets, Liverpool has submitted a formal bid for the player. Though things are yet to be confirmed from Endo’s Bundesliga Team VfB Stuggart.
Wataru Endo has also represented Japan’s International Team and has a decent current market value. He can switch his position from a defensive midfielder to a center-back and a central midfielder if needed.

After facing rejections from Lavia and Moises Caicedo, who both are set to join Chelsea, Liverpool will be hoping to get this one through the door as quickly as possible. Endo’s potential salary at Liverpool could be around $900K – $1 Million annually.
