In a recent press conference, Ancelotti acknowledged the importance of these veterans stating, “Modric, Kroos and Nacho will decide their future when they want”. Having earned their respect at this massive club, Ancelotti has given them full rights to decide their future whether they’d like to continue or not.
He further claimed this situation as follows, “The legends of this club decide what they want to do. The club has such a high respect for these players that they have earned the right to decide about their future”. With the four being a vital part of their 3-peat era and rebuild phase as well, they hold massive respect across the club’s history.
Ancelotti is looking to ease the pressure upon the legends of the club, via constant integration of youth within this squad. Having recently signed the likes of Jude Bellingham, Eduardo Camavinga, and Aurélien Tchouaméni, Real Madrid is looking to seal their team for decades to come and hold a smooth transition into a new team as well.
