In a surprise turn of events, Al-Nassr’s Head Coach has revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo might return back to Europe to end his career after his spell in Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr. Ronaldo joined the Saudi outfit at the near end of last year, after having his contract terminated with Manchester United, in a move that sent shock waves across the whole of Europe.
Ronaldo played across the whole of Europe starting with Sporting Lisbon in Portugal, Manchester United in England and then moved to Real Madrid. He saw massive success at the Spanish club winning 4 UCLs and 4 Ballon d’Ors with them before deciding to move to Juventus in 2018.
Cristiano completed a sensational return to Old Trafford in 2021 after deciding to leave Juventus. He finished as the club’s highest goal scorer for the season but there were rumors of him leaving the club as soon as Erik ten Hag took charge. Even though ten Hag called Ronaldo an integral part of the team, he left him outside the first XI in many big games which didn’t go well with the Portuguese.
“The Glazers, they don’t care about the club.”

Cristiano did a tell-all interview with Piers Morgan just before the World Cup where he attacked the Manchester United manager, board, and even the owners. He called Erik Ten Hag ‘disrespectful’ and burnt all the bridges with the club which led to the termination of his contract.
He announced his decision of joining Al-Nassr late last year which raised questions about whether his career was over. Fans began to think that his glory days were over at the top of Europe’s elite and he was now looking towards the fag end. But his return to Europe isn’t out of the cards as his current manager, Rudi Garcia, believes he might end his career in Europe.
Al-Nassr manager says Cristiano Ronaldo will not finish his career in Saudi Arabia
Cristiano made his competitive debut for Al-Nassr recently after becoming the world’s highest-payed player. He featured in Al-Nassr’s win at Ettifaq but his side crashed out of the Saudi Super Cup after the defeat to Al-Ittihad due to which Ronaldo was subject to harsh criticism from fans globally.
Rudi Garcia has claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo will not retire at Al-Nassr and will move back to Europe before hanging up his boots.
The manager said: “He’s one of the best players in the world. He will not end his career at Al Nassr, he will return to Europe.”#AlNasr | #CR7 pic.twitter.com/utzr1PXLiQ

But Al-Nassr’s Head Coach, in a twisted turn of events, after the game talked about Ronaldo’s legacy and how he thinks that Ronaldo will leave Saudi Arabia and return to Europe to end his career. He also talked about Ronaldo’s missed chance against Al Ittihad in the second half.
He said: “Cristiano Ronaldo missed a chance on goal that would have turned the game around in the first half, but I congratulate Al Ittihad. Cristiano Ronaldo is a positive addition, as he helps to disperse defenders. He is one of the best players in the world. He will not finish his career at Al-Nassr, he will return to Europe.”
This has led to excitement in the fans after hearing that the 5-time UCL winner could return to Europe. It remains to be seen if Ronaldo chooses to come back which club he will go to. He can move to the Premier League where he has had two stints while he can also go back to Spain where he played most of his career but the move that all of the fans would love to watch is him and Lionel Messi playing together at PSG.
