Many Madrid fans took to social media to vent their anger and frustration on their current players, Luka Modric and Fede Valverde for voting for Lionel Messi. One fan wrote on X(formerly Twitter), “Get Out Old Man” regarding Modric while another wrote, “Fede are you crazy, Why did you vote for Messi?”
