Brazilian soccer star Neymar has inflicted one of the biggest disappointments in his career so far. The 31-year-old has also stated how deeply hurt he was when he went through that disappointment. It can be inferred from the words Brazil’s number ten has used to describe this particular dismay.

The number ten further stated that it was harder for him to console himself as his team lost on penalties, despite him scoring before the penalties. The player inflicted that, if he had known that his team would lose, he wouldn’t have netted a goal.

The World Cup is such a big occasion for players all around the world; it comes only once every four years.
During the FIFA World Cup 2022, Neymar scored a tally of two goals for Brazil. However, his presence on the field helped his team to have an edge over the opponents. 70 percent of his shots toward the goal were on target during the tournament.

During another interview, the player further insisted that he does not think so far ahead and that it’s too early to talk about it. But the Brazilian did reveal that he wants to win the World Cup for his country in one of the reports.
