The Columbian singer further explained how music is her catharsis. It’s a form of therapy for not only her but for all the people around the world. She acknowledged that she is the voice of many people around the world, which isn’t a controversial statement, seeing the size of her fan base around the world.
Shakira shared her viewpoint that songs like Bizarrap Session have given strength, confidence, and self-empowerment to many women to express their emotions. Bizarrap music session, Volume 53 was Shakira’s collaboration with DJ Bizarrap released in January 2023. The lyrics of the songs addressed her split with Pique and his new romance with Clara Chia Marti.

Shakira and Gerard Piqué announced the split back in 2022 after spending 11 years together. Music held a special place in the story of the couple, as they met on the video of shoot of the Shakira’s Waka-Waka, which was the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Gerard Piqué reaction to the diss track by Shakira
Pique responded to the diss track in the same week of its release. The Spanish player had a clever comeback for one of the lyrics in the track.
In the track, Shakira sang that Pique traded a Rolex for a Casio, pointing to his new romance, Chia Marti. In the wordplay, she compared herself to a luxurious watch brand, Rolex, suggesting that Pique downgraded from her with his new relationship.

As a response, on a Twitch stream, Pique announced a new partnership with Casio for his Kings League. He then flaunted a new Grey Casio watch and added that this watch would last a lifetime.
Pique used the strong build and quality of Casio and used it a metaphor for his new relationship with Chia Marti. The clever statement was his way of saying that this new relationship will last him a lifetime like the watch, unlike his relationship with Shakira.
Former Manchester City player, Sergio Aguero, was on the same stream with Pique. He quipped that Kings League got the new deal with Casio because of Shakira’s song. He added that Pique got annihilated by that song. However, Pique didn’t seem to mind the lyrics of the song, as he was happy with the new sponsorship.
