Things are not looking bright for Manchester United player Jadon Sancho following his very public criticisms of club manager Erik ten Hag, as he seems to have landed in hot waters with his teammates as well.
After being part of the first three matches, Jadon Sancho was brutally left out of the squad despite being fit to play the match in United’s clash against Arsenal. When asked about it, Erik ten Hag suggested that the player had fallen short of expectations in training.
Ten Hag revealed, “Jadon, on his performances in training, we did not select him. You have to reach a level every day at Manchester United, and we can make choices in the front line. So for this game, he was not selected.”

Sancho was quick to defend himself on social media, as he implied that the manager was lying about the reason for his absence from the match and refused to be a scapegoat anymore.
As per reports, the English international has been exiled from first-team training after his criticisms. Jadon Sancho’s actions in the United training ground have reportedly caused a rift between his teammates as well.

Cristiano Ronaldo was shown the door at the English club after he publicly criticized the manager in an interview with Piers Morgan.
Another player who was disciplined by the former Ajax manager was Marcus Rashford, who was dropped from the squad for showing up late at a team meeting. Therefore, it is safe to assume that Jadon Sancho will face consequences for his recent actions.
Saudi Arabian club approaches Manchester United for Jadon Sancho
The player’s once-bright future at Old Trafford now looks bleak after he was exiled from the first team. As per the reports, the English club could be considering selling off the player to avoid a further row with the manager.
The Red Devils have been presented with a quick solution to their situation with Jadon Sancho in the form of a transfer bid from the Saudi Pro League.
According to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, a club in the Saudi Pro League has approached the English club for Sancho. However, the name or bid made by them is yet to be disclosed.

As per the journalist, Manchester United is yet to respond to the bid. However, there are chances that the Premier League club could look to cash in on the player given his tension with manager Erik ten Hag.
The player’s contract with the Red Devils runs until 2026, with the club having the option to extend the contract for one year. Therefore, a one-year loan spell could also be on the table if a serious bid for the English international arises.
