On April 9th, David Beckham’s son Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz tied the knot at her father Nelson Peltz’s luxurious estate in Palm Beach, Florida, which is worth $103 million. The wedding, held in the evening, was a traditional Jewish ceremony, and the cost is estimated to have been $4 million. The bride donned a custom-made Valentino gown, which her stylist Leslie Fremar described as the epitome of couture.
The wedding was a fairytale-like event but with a touch of Hollywood family drama. Besides the wedding dress disagreement with her mother-in-law, Victoria Beckham, there were various issues brewing in the background of Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding in Palm Beach.

Nicola Peltz, the 28-year-old daughter of billionaire Nelson Peltz, experienced difficulties during her wedding planning process, having gone through three different sets of wedding planners, two of whom were unable to accommodate her plans. There was a last-minute rush to secure musicians and a tense confrontation with an event designer who became overwhelmed by the stress of the project.
These details were revealed in a lawsuit filed by her father, who is a prominent businessman and is currently seeking a board seat at Disney. The lawsuit targets party planner Nicole Braghin and her partner Arianna Grijalba, alleging that they have refused to return a $159,000 deposit given to them.
Preston Bailey, who was known for planning Ivanka Trump’s wedding to Jared Kushner, did not immediately respond to requests for comment from DailyMail on why he stepped down from the wedding planning process. The Peltz family had high hopes for the three-day celebration for their daughter, who they refer to as a “world-famous actress.”
The guest list was set to include over 500 guests, including numerous celebrities, athletes, and influential individuals who would travel from around the world to attend. However, after giving a $159,000 deposit, they determined that Braghin and Grijalba, who they contacted through their company Plan Design Events, would not be able to handle the VIP guest list and decided not to move forward with them.
Some chats got leaked where Peltz texted “Lewis Hamilton did NOT RSVP”. The current issue is the deposit, which Peltz is seeking to recover through a lawsuit in Miami. During the lawsuit process, some details of the star-studded event were revealed, including screenshots of group texts between Peltz, the planners, and Nicola.
What did Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz say ahead of their wedding?
In an interview with Vogue, Peltz and Beckham shared their emotions regarding their wedding day. Both agreed that Beckham is more likely to shed tears. When asked what aspect of the wedding she is most eager about, Peltz stated that it is marrying Beckham.
In the same interview, Beckham mentioned that he is more apprehensive about delivering his wedding speech than the first dance, contrary to Peltz’s assumption. He stated, “I’m great at dancing, I’m not nervous about that.” Peltz, on the other hand, admitted: “I’m terrified for the first dance, I can’t dance.” Regarding their plans after the wedding, Peltz expressed her desire to go on a honeymoon in the South of France.
