In a recent interview with the YouTube channel ‘La Saga’, a young dancer named Jenni Garcia talked about her experience of working with the Colombian pop star. Garcia mentioned that she wasn’t paid for her performances. She said, “I did 12 performances with her and she didn’t pay me. I would have worked with her without her paying me, but the way she treated us dancers.”
The dancer then continued to say, “She took me out of my dressing room and I was topless. She also went into our bathroom because hers was broken and the security staff took us out. When she came out she didn’t even thank us. I spoke to security to get them to let us in. My friend was in a G-string and I was like this while journalists, security, and everyone else passed by. That’s not respect”
Jenni then concluded as she said that the singer didn’t thank them and as soon as the program was done, she turned her face and left. The dancer then finally stated that these reasons were one of the main reasons for which she lost all respect for the singer.
Shakira has been in the headlines for over a year ever since her former partner and lover Gerard Pique left her for a new young Spaniard Clara Chia Marti. The singer and the soccer star have been involved in many controversial comments against one another in recent times. This includes the singer’s diss-track which many speculate is meant for Pique.
