Shakira’s first collaborative music with the Argentine rapper Bizarrap was released on Thursday. It is called BZRP Music Session #53. It is alleged that the song is a dig at the Colombian singer’s former partner Gerard Pique. Many fans were even seen thanking Bizarrap for helping Shakira take revenge on her ex and his new partner Clara Chia Marti.
One fan said, “Turns out, he was a person that didn’t treat her well so she responded accordingly.”
Another fan mentioned, “Bizarrap (with a heart emoji).”
One fan mentioned that it is a great song even if you do not know the context, “I’m here for all of it!!! The song is awesome even if you don’t know the context.”
One of the fans claimed, “I love it!” While another praised Shakira saying, “You go Shakira! Your to strong for Pique Keep on going don’t look back! Your beyond Awesome have so much respect for you! Stay the best example of Positive and social conscious! The world still needs your voice!”
Shakira follows Bizarrap for a while on social media. She had also wished him on his birthday in August on Twitter. So, the collab is not the greatest of surprises. What was a little surprising is the lyrics. Shakira went all out in criticizing Pique and Clara in a cryptic manner.
In one of the lines she took a dig at Pique saying, “Yo solo hago música, perdón que te salpique.” (Which translates to, “I only make music, sorry that it splashed you.”)
Clara was also caught in the crossfire: “Tiene nombre de persona buena / Claramente no es como suena.” Shakira played on the name Clara with the word claramente: “She has the name of a good person, clearly it’s not as it sounds.”

“No hard feelings, baby / I wish you the best with my supposed replacement,” she continued. “I’m worth two 22s / You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo / You traded a Rolex for a Casio.”
The song was released on YouTube and it has gone viral in very little time.
Shakira’s collab with Bizarrap garners over 50 million views in 24 hours on YouTube
The song kept crossing landmarks on YouTube as it garnered immense fame. The song was listened to about 34 million times within 17 hours of its release. It was listened to 50 million times within 24 hours and Bizarrap even put up an Instagram story to announce the news.
The song had really become the talk of the town on social media. It had been tweeted over 2 million times within 24 hours. A fan account on Twitter shared the information with the caption, “With over 2 MILLION tweets, Shakira remains the #1 worldwide trend on Twitter after the release of “Shakira || BZRP Music Sessions #53.”

That’s not all, however, as Shakira also retweeted the information with a ‘mindblown’ emoji and a teary-eyed emoji. She has made no comments about if the song is actually a jibe at her ex-partner or not.
