Professional boxer Tyson Fury is set to take on former UFC Champion Francis Ngannou in “The Battle of the Baddest” event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Cristiano Ronaldo is currently playing at Riyadh-based club Al Nassr posted the promotional poster of the event on his Instagram.
Recently the Manchester United fan and the former United player sat down ahead of Fury’s clash with Ngannou. Fury, born in Manchester grew up watching Ronaldo and is a huge fan so much that he called him “greatest”. He also told him “Cristiano, You’re the greatest football player that ever lived. And I mean that“. Blushing at such a huge compliment Cristiano replied “Thank you very much”

Fury also told him that he followed all of Cristiano’s matches at Manchester United and Real Madrid. Hearing this Cristiano quickly pointed out the fact that Fury doesn’t go to the stadium to which the British Boxer replied that he usually avoids going to the stadiums as he gets very much tortured whenever he goes there.
Tyson Fury in previous interviews also talked about Ronaldo and had his mind made up about who is the undisputed goat of the sport. The meeting between Ronaldo and Fury happened during the Gala dinner which was attended by various celebrities like Eminem, Rio Ferdinand, Brazilian Ronaldo, and even Mike Tyson who trained Ngannou for his fight.

The “Battle of the Baddest” will be an event where two fighting worlds will collide. It’s going to be a yearly event and MMA fan Cristiano Ronaldo will be in attendance. It’s still unsure which one of the participants the Portuguese will be rooting for as both the fighters have a good relationship with the player and both think of Ronaldo as the Greatest of all time.

A photo has been leaked where Ronaldo is seen pretending to punch Tyson Fury and Fury joins in by stumbling after receiving the fake punch. This incident happened in the presence of various legends from the boxing and the UFC world like Manny Pacquiao and Mike Tyson.

Fans online were amazed after seeing the clip, they also wondered why Ronaldo wasn’t seen anywhere near the other fighter Ngannou. Moreover, many fans think that Cristiano slightly favors Ngannou over Fury as during an interview session, Ronaldo was asked about Fury’s chances against his opponent, to which he replied, “Next question”
The fight is undoubtedly going to be one of the most exciting fights of the season as fans and superstars all around the world have landed in Arabia to witness it. All that remains to be seen is who stands tall between Fury and Ngannou.
