Osimhen was accused by his brother-in-law of abducting his elder sister, Esther Osimhen, with the help of the local police. Osita Okolo married Esther Osimhen and was introduced to the soccer business by Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian striker allowed Okolo to represent him as his manager.
Okolo was introduced to Osimhen’s agent and they worked together to help the Nigerian striker move from Lille to Napoli. The fallout between the duo started when Okolo demanded his commission for the big money transfer. As per Okolo, he was only paid a part of his commission before Osihmen terminated his contract as his manager for an unfavorable comment.

As per Okolo, the Napoli striker sent agents of the Department of State Services (DSS) to abduct and beat his wife in front of his neighborhood in Nigeria. He has repeatedly called out the striker and DSS agents for mistreating his wife in the incident.
Victor Osimhen has yet to comment on the accusation
Victor Osimhen has yet to respond to all the accusations and allegations from his brother-in-law. As per reports, the striker has not paid the commission of around $439,000 to Osita Okolo. Esther Osimhen has also remained silent about the whole situation since October, which has added a new layer to the story.
The controversial striker has continued to focus on his club career in Napoli as he looks to move away from the Italian club in the summer of 2024. The legal battle between Victor Osimhen and Osita Okolo is still ongoing at the Ikeja Magistrate Court. The brother-in-law is still looking to recoup his commission from the Nigerian striker.
