French tennis player Alexandre Muller caused a stir when he joined OnlyFans ahead of the Australian Open this year. He has once again caused ripples at the Qatar Open, this time with the logo branded on his sleeve.
Muller followed in the footsteps of Australian ace Nick Kyrgios, who joined the social media platform last year. Like Kyrgios, Alexandre created an account with the intention of sharing behind-the-scenes exclusive content with fans.
Muller played through two rounds of qualifying matches to set up a clash with Andy Murray. Even though the match itself had several talking points, Muller’s sleeve stole his thunder.

OnlyFans is a user-based subscription service, primarily used by sex workers. However, other influencers, like musicians, and athletes, have also slowly built up their fanbase on the app. Several tennis players, including Kyrgios, among others, use the platform to engage with fans.
As the picture of Muller’s sleeve surfaced online, it generated a lot of traction online. Many users were gobsmacked, and a few resorted to joking about it. One fan stated that “Kyrgios likes it.” Here are a few reactions to the picture.

The former world No. 1, Murray, snapped his losing streak by defeating Alexandre Muller at the Qatar Open. This victory also marked Andy’s first win of the 2024 season.
It was not an easy match by any means, and his victory came despite an injured knee in the first set. Murray felt a tweak in his knee and needed a medical timeout. However, he came back hard to clinch his first win since October 2023.
2023 runner up Andy Murray, defending big points this week, gets his first win of the year, beats Alexandre Muller 6-1, 7-6(5) to reach the 2nd round in Doha.

“Obviously the last few months have been tough on the court for me, I’ve not won many matches and lost a lot of close ones, so I’m delighted to get through. I’m proud I managed to get through the match, get a win and hopefully this is the start of a better run,” said Murray (via BBC).
Murray made it to the finals of the Qatar Open last year, where he lost to Daniil Medvedev. Hopefully, this victory will get Murray’s career back on track.
