In women’s singles, Serena Williams will face Montenegrin tennis player Danka Kovinic in the first round of her last tennis tournament ever. World number one Iga Swiatek will aim for her second grand slam of 2022 as she faces Jasmine Paolini in the first round. Defending champion Emma Raducanu will have a tough first round as she faces France’s Alize Cornet.
