The Paris Masters has started with the best players in town trying to end their season well. The event has seen the return of Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic to the tour. Djokovic is back on the tour after a month, while Alcaraz is back after two weeks. The next two weeks will play a major role in the rankings of the ATP tour, as Alcaraz is still 500 points behind Djokovic.
Both players were seen practicing together in Paris. It was the perfect start to the last Masters 1000 event of the season. Fans saw the top two players sweat it out and even saw Alcaraz playing golf in between the sessions. While Djokovic was getting ready to hit a few shots on the court, the Spaniard used his racket as a golf club and hit a ball on the court.

The world No.2 is known to play golf during the off-season. Djokovic, too, played golf at the Ryder Cup a few weeks ago. It is only the third time that Alcaraz is playing at the Paris Masters. He will be facing Roman Safiullin in the opening round. Meanwhile, Djokovic’s opponent has not yet been decided. He seemed to have found a passion for dancing in Paris.
Gael Monfils teaches some fancy dance moves to Novak Djokovic at Paris Masters
Djokovic will be playing in his 12th event of the season at the Paris Masters. He has been a regular at the event and has only missed it twice since making his debut in 2005. Djokovic won in Paris for the first time in 2009 when he beat Gael Monfils in the final. Monfils had reached the finals in 2009-2010 but finished runner-up on both occasions. He has always been excited to play in front of the home crowd.
Monfils was seen teaching dance moves to Djokovic as the crowd enjoyed their session. The 36-year-old asked Monfils to show him dance moves so that he could do the same. The Frenchmen then demonstrated how to do the wave. Djokovic looked carefully at Monfils, then repeated the same without any hesitation. The home crowd favorite was impressed with how fast his friend learned the move.

Monfils has been one of Djokovic’s closest friends on tour. They have been playing against each other since 2005 on the ATP tour. The 24-time grand slam champion has a record of 19 wins against Monfils and has never lost a match against him. This time, Monfils can teach more dance moves if they play against each other in Paris.
