Who is Dominic Thiem’s Girlfriend, Lili-Paul Roncalli?

Dominic Thiem is an Austrian professional tennis player and is ranked world no.339 by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Previously, he has been ranked as high as world no.3 which he achieved in March 2020.

Thiem has US Open 2020 title to his name and 17 other ATP titles. The American Grand Slam title win is his only Major title. With the US Open win, Dominic became the first male player born in 1990s to claim a Grand Slam singles title. He also became the first Austrian to win the US Open singles title.

Dominic Thiem started dating Lili-Paul Roncalli after he split with French tennis player, Kristina Mladenovic. Roncalli is a famous circus performer, dancer and a contortionist. She is also a published author. Along with her mother, Eliana Larible-Paul she published a cookbook with Italian recipes in 2021. The German dancer is also a judge on an Austrian talent show.

When did Dominic Thiem and Lili-Paul Roncalli meet?

Dominic Thiem was previously dating former French world no.1, Kristina Mladenovic. The duo of Thiem and Mladenovic the tennis power couple. The couple got to know each other midway through 2017 and the relationship became official in 2018 when Mladenovic appeared in his box at the French Open. They broke up around November 12, 2019.

Thiem started dating Lili-Paul Roncalli in 2021. She is the daughter of Austrian circus director Bernhard Paul Lili and Italian artist, Eliana Larible-Paul. She herself is a circus performer and also a contortionist and a dancer. Thiem supports the ecological project “4Ocean”, and the Roncalli Circus was the first in the world to completely renounce the participation of any animals in its performances.

Instead, the audience in the circus can see holograms of animals – elephants, horses and even goldfish. The equipment for this projection cost more than half a million euros.

What does Lili-Paul Roncalli do?

Lilian-Paul Roncalli was born as the youngest child of the Austrian circus director and co-founder of Circus Roncalli Bernhard Paul and Eliana Larible-Paul. She lives in Cologne, Vienna and Mallorca.  

Paul-Roncalli has been training with the artists of the Circus Roncalli since she was six. She made her debut in 2013 alongside her two siblings as roller skater acrobat Les Paul on the touring program Time is Honey. From 2014 she was seen in various Roncalli productions in her own contortion performances.

Lili further made appearances in 2018 at the Dresden Opera Ball and at the Apollo Varieté in Düsseldorf. She completed her schooling with the help of a private teacher who accompanied her on her travels.

In February 2019, Paul was introduced as the Life Ball angel in Vienna. She won the 13^th season of the RTL dance show Let’s Dance with Massimo Sinató and became the face of the Haute Couture Austria Award in 2020.

In 2022 she became one of the two fixed jury members of the 6^th season of the ORF casting show Starmania. In her autobiography, Manege Frei Für Lili, which is written for children, she talked about her childhood in her father’s circus.
