Amidst his victory, the Serbian professional regained his world No. 1 rank and has stunned athletes with his eloquent performance and the maintenance of his peak form at age 35.
Fans and the global tennis community were however not the only ones pouring admiration for Nole as most recently his wife Jelena took it upon herself to show how proud her husband makes her feel.

In a recent post shared by Novak’s wife Jelena Djokovic, she adds a photo of her champion husband kissing the Australian Open trophy and quotes “Way to go my love!”
Jelena’s support for Nole has never faded through numerous years of him touring in the ATP Circuit and has been the Serb’s comrade for the longest time, with the couple’s relationship roots dating back to their high school days.

Djoker’s run at the Melbourne championship went in vain last season and subsequently had Rafael Nadal as the defending champion for 2023. Djokovic’s first major title came with his win at the Australian slam in 2008 after he ousted French tennis player Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the men’s final. Since then, the Serb has come on a 15-year-long journey and now ultimately stood at the same spot, the Rod Laver Arena, with a record-breaking 10th title registered to his name in Melbourne.
