UFC is back to the fight capital in July with a huge trilogy fight. The biggest name in the history of MMA, Conor McGregor makes his Octagon return against Dustin Poirier in the main event of UFC 264.
The fight takes place in T Mobile Center, Las Vegas. But, if you are expecting to watch the fight in the arena then you are too late. As per recent reports, the tickets for UFC 264 have been sold out in seconds.
This is not the first time Conor McGregor has a sold-out arena in record time. For his fight against Donald Cerrone, McGregor only took a few seconds to ensure UFC gets another sold-out PPV.

Conor McGregor is the biggest box office attraction in the world of MMA and he continues to prove that time and time again. But, if he loses the trilogy fight to Dustin Poirier then his stardom will take a massive hit.
The legacy of Conor McGregor is in jeopardy
Conor McGregor has only one win since he won the UFC lightweight title at UFC 205. He has lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov in the main event of UFC 229. And he lost to Dustin Poirier in a rematch at UFC 257. In the sport of MMA, you are only as good as your last performance. And unfortunately, Conor has not delivered for his fans consistently for a long time.
Conor McGregor is again the favorite going into the fight against Dustin Poirier. However, it will be a huge mistake to look over Poirier.
Dustin Poirier came up with a brilliant game plan to dismantle Conor McGregor in striking. Poirier became the first fighter to knock out McGregor inside a MMA cage. Now the question is can Conor make the necessary adjustments to beat Poirier in the trilogy.
Besides that, Conor McGregor did not take a long time to heal up from the KO loss to Poirier. He also took some serious damage to his legs in the rematch, which must have affected the training camp for the trilogy. There are a lot of factors that do not favor Conor going into his next fight. Though Conor has defied the odds many times in his career this time it will take an absolute master class from Conor to get back on the winning streak.
