For boxing fans, April 1 cannot come any closer. The stage is all set for Jorge Masvidal‘s Gamebred Boxing 4 this weekend. The fight card features several exciting fighters and legends of the combat sports realm. In the main event, Hall of Famer Roy Jones Jr. will lock horns with Anthony ‘Showtime‘ Pettis. Jones Jr. turned 54 this year, however, the legend looks to continue his boxing career against former WEC and UFC lightweight champion.
Feather GOAT Jose Aldo will lace up the boxing gloves against former MMA opponent, Jeremy Stephens. However, this isn’t the only fight where two opponents have faced each other in the Octagon before. UFC middleweight Vitor Belfort will run it back with Ronaldo Souza just before the co-main event. The duo faced each other at UFC 198 where ‘Jacare’ secured a TKO victory in round 1.

The fight card has enough firepower and fan favorites to attract copious amounts of eyeballs. The fairly-new promotion has stacked the card from the bottom all the way to the top. The ‘Cream City’ event will host a total of 12 bouts, with the main event occurring over the course of eight rounds.
Roy Jones Jr. vs Anthony Pettis: Streaming
The Gamebred brass has taken a distinctive approach to broadcasting Gamebred Boxing 4. Unlike other live events, Gamebred Boxing 4 won’t be available on just one platform. Instead, the bouts will be available on several different platforms, including cable, satellite TV, and In-Demand services.
The Pay-per-view will cost $49.99 to watch live. However, the noteworthy thing here is that the event will also be shown live on UFC Fight Pass for the same mentioned price. This is actually a huge milestone for the promotion in its early stages. The UFC usually doesn’t allow showcasing such events. This is only the second time that the promotion will broadcast a non-UFC PPV. The event before this was the Mayweather-McGregor boxing match in 2017.
The price stays the same for all platforms. UK fans can stream Gamebred Boxing 4 via UFC Fight Pass for a one-off price of £16.99.
