Jon Jones is one of the biggest icons of the sport of mixed martial arts. His controversy-laden career is outshined only by his achievements in the Octagon. “Bones” is the youngest champion in UFC history and has competed in 14 title fights. Jon won all of them but his win over Daniel Cormier was overturned following a failed drug test. Jones is truly a gifted yet troubled athlete.
And it seems this athleticism runs in the Jones family. Jon’s brothers, Arthur and Chandler are athletes as well. They are professional football players who played in the NFL. His older brother, Arthur Jones, used to play as a defensive end, finishing his career after 8 seasons in the NFL. Arthur and Jon’s younger brother, Chandler Jones still plays in the NFL, first getting drafted in 2012.

Although time is on Jones’ side if he wants to win another.

Like his brother Chandler, Arthur Jones also attended Syracuse University. Unlike his brother, however, Arthur wasn’t a first-round pick in the NFL Draft. The Baltimore Ravens picked Arthur in the 5th round and signed him to a 3-year deal.
In his rookie season, Arthur only played 2 games, recording no stats during the season. However, he saw a turnaround in 2011, playing 14 games. He started only one of those games and made 20 tackles. In 2012, Jones’ team advanced to the Super Bowl finals for only the second time in their history.
