In Gaethje’s latest YouTube video, he is seen training and simultaneously enjoying time with his family. His parents visited him in Colorado. He was also joined by his girlfriend Sophia Romano in the video.

Romano makes an appearance in the video soon after Gaethje leaves his sparring session. She was spotted playing baseball with a snowball before catching up with her partner. The fourth episode of Gaethje’s ROAD TO UFC 300 series also featured a get-together of Gaethje’s team. His parents claimed this was one of their favorite things to do when visiting Colorado.

There is no exact timeline available for Justin Gaethje’s relationship with Romano, however, it is reported that the couple met through a dating app.
Reports suggest that it was Romano who made the relationship public by posting about it on Instagram. Romano is a model. She has a great social media influence as she is available on multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.

Justin Gaethje believes his fight against Max Holloway is a stepping stone towards UFC Lightweight Title
Justin Gaethje won the BMF title at UFC 291 by defeating Dustin Poirier via head-kick KO. The two former interim lightweight champions were well poised to have their hands on the BMF title but ‘The Highlight’ prevailed in emphatic fashion.
The previous and original owner of the belt was Jorge Masvidal. Gamebred defeated Nate Diaz to win the title. However, the belt was never defended and it was up for grabs for the lightweight fighters. At UFC 300, the BMF title will be defended for the first time. Gaethje said, “This is a huge fight on UFC 300… Something that is going to be great for my legacy.”

He is aware of the impact this fight could have on his UFC Lightweight title fight chances. He said, “This is definitely a risky fight. If I lose this fight, you know, it would definitely be detrimental to my title aspirations.”
However, he believes he is performing well and can pick up a win. “I’m performing better than I ever have so this fight set me up to have a perfect hand to negotiate for that title fight,” Gaethje added.
Holloway will be moving to lightweight from his preferred featherweight to take up this title fight. The former featherweight champion is on a two-fight win streak. He defeated Jung Chan-sung in his last fight in August 2023.
UFC 300 will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on April 13, 2024. The event will be headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill.
